📌 Mission Overview
As Country Director, you will lead and oversee the overall mission in Nigeria, ensuring smooth operations, strategic development, and effective program delivery in a complex humanitarian environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Safety & Security
- Ensure safety and security of all mission staff and operations
Program Management
- Oversee implementation and quality of programs
- Identify emerging needs and propose new interventions
Human Resources
- Supervise and manage international and national teams
- Define objectives and ensure performance follow-up
Logistics, Admin & Finance
- Ensure compliance with PUI procedures and donor regulations
- Oversee financial and logistical systems
Technical & Medical Oversight
- Ensure programs follow PUI standards and operational frameworks
Representation
- Act as the main representative with partners, donors, authorities, and media
Coordination with HQ
- Maintain effective communication and reporting with headquarters

🧑💼 Candidate Profile
Education & Experience:
- Master’s degree in humanitarian action, project management, HR, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience with international NGOs
- Previous experience as Country Director or similar role preferred
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Expertise in humanitarian project cycle and donor compliance
- Excellent writing and reporting skills
Qualities:
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- High level of responsibility and adaptability
- Ability to work under pressure in unstable environments
Languages:
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- French is an asset

💰 Salary & Benefits
- Monthly gross salary: €3,330 – €3,730 (based on experience)
- Additional seniority bonus (€50 per semester)
- Housing in individual accommodation
- Daily living allowance (Per Diem)
- Comprehensive insurance (medical, repatriation, assistance)
- Break policy: 5 working days at 3 and 9 months
- 5 weeks of paid leave annually + travel coverage every 6 months
