Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Midwife to join our maternal healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide professional maternity care, antenatal services, labor and delivery support, postnatal care, neonatal monitoring, patient education, and emergency obstetric assistance.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive antenatal assessments and maternal health evaluations.
- Monitor fetal development and maternal wellbeing throughout pregnancy.
- Provide professional support during labor and childbirth.
- Assist obstetricians and gynecologists during complex deliveries.
- Deliver postnatal care and newborn assessments.
- Educate mothers on breastfeeding, nutrition, and infant care.

Required Qualifications
- Registered Midwife (RM) certification.
- Registered Nurse qualification (RN) is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Midwifery, or related healthcare discipline.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Valid practicing license.
- Strong clinical and patient-care skills.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in maternity, labor ward, neonatal, or maternal healthcare services.
- Experience in antenatal and postnatal care.
- Exposure to tertiary healthcare facilities is advantageous.
- Knowledge of emergency obstetric procedures preferred.
