Key Responsibilities

- Process cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cheque transactions.
- Support branch staff in maintaining accurate customer records.

- Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.

- Support financial services delivery and branch administration.

Required Qualifications
Education
