Job Overview

The Virtual Production Coordinator will lead the development and execution of immersive media projects using virtual production techniques, including real-time rendering, augmented reality (AR), and virtual sets. This role is ideal for a visionary professional passionate about merging technology with creative storytelling to deliver groundbreaking content for local and international audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end virtual production workflows for film, TV, and digital campaigns
  • Collaborate with directors, producers, and technical teams to design virtual environments
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for complex virtual production projects
  • Ensure technical quality and creative consistency across all virtual content
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in virtual production and AR/VR technologies

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Unreal Engine and other virtual production software
  • Experience with motion capture, green screen, and real-time rendering
  • Strong project management and leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills
  • Creative problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Media Production, Digital Arts, Film Studies, or related field. Advanced certifications in virtual production tools are a plus.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in media production, with at least 1 year in virtual production or AR/VR projects. Proven track record in managing large-scale creative projects.

Salary

300,000 – 500,000 SSP per annum, commensurate with experience and performance.
