Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Storytelling Producer to lead the development and execution of digital content strategies. This role involves collaborating with writers, directors, and technical teams to produce high-quality multimedia projects that resonate with global audiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and produce digital storytelling projects across platforms (web, social media, streaming services).
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop scripts, storyboards, and production plans.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for multimedia production cycles.
  • Integrate emerging technologies (AR/VR, AI-driven narratives) into storytelling frameworks.
  • Analyze audience engagement metrics to optimize content performance.

Required Skills

  • Proven expertise in digital media production and post-production workflows.
  • Strong understanding of narrative structure and audience psychology.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and project management tools.
  • Experience with social media analytics and content distribution strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Media Production, Communications, or related field.
