Key Responsibilities

The Digital Accessibility Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Conducting accessibility audits and testing of our products and services
  • Identifying and prioritizing accessibility issues and implementing solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accessibility is integrated into product development
  • Developing and maintaining accessibility guidelines and standards
  • Providing training and support to employees on accessibility best practices

Required Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG 2.1, Section 508)
  • Experience with accessibility testing tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Education

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in accessibility or a related field.

Salary

The salary for this position is 800,000 – 1,200,000 SSP per annum.
