Job Overview

The Hospitality Revenue Management Specialist will play a critical role in maximizing the hotel’s profitability by optimizing pricing strategies, inventory management, and distribution channels. This role requires a data-driven individual who can analyze market trends, competitor activities, and historical booking patterns to forecast demand accurately. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement tactical pricing adjustments that drive RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room) and ADR (Average Daily Rate). Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports for the regional management team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to design seasonal promotional packages.

Education
