Job Overview
The Network Planning Analyst will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and forecasting network capacity to ensure seamless service delivery across Ilorin and surrounding regions. Working closely with engineering, operations, and commercial teams, the analyst will evaluate traffic patterns, propose infrastructure upgrades, and support strategic initiatives that align with Airtel Nigeria’s growth objectives. Key Responsibilities

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and network planning tools.

Education
A bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required. Advanced certifications such as NTCIP, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent are advantageous.
Experience
Applicants should have 3‑5 years of experience in network planning, capacity analysis, or a similar role within the telecommunications industry. Experience with Nigerian regulatory frameworks and local market dynamics is a plus.
Salary
