As a Digital Forestry Systems Analyst with The Nature Conservancy, you will play a critical role in supporting our forestry and conservation efforts in Nigeria. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement digital solutions that help us monitor and manage our forests more effectively.
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Forestry Systems Analyst to join our team in Ekiti, Nigeria. The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental science, forestry, or a related field, as well as experience working with digital technologies.
The ideal candidate will be able to analyze complex data sets, develop and implement digital solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to our mission and values.
As a Digital Forestry Systems Analyst with The Nature Conservancy, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from developing digital tools to support forest monitoring and management, to analyzing data to inform conservation decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital solutions to support forest monitoring and management
- Analyze complex data sets to inform conservation decisions
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

- Contribute to the development of digital tools and platforms to support our forestry and conservation efforts
Required Skills
- Strong background in environmental science, forestry, or a related field
- Experience working with digital technologies, including data analysis and visualization tools

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Forestry, or a related field
