Job Overview

The Beverage Production Supervisor will lead a shift team responsible for the efficient, safe, and high‑quality production of carbonated soft drinks and non‑carbonated beverages at the Osogbo bottling facility. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate documentation of batch records, traceability logs, and compliance reports.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance department to address any non‑conformities and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and packaging supplies, coordinating with the supply chain team for timely replenishment.
• Promote a safety‑first mindset by conducting toolbox talks, safety inspections, and emergency response drills.
• Support sustainability initiatives, including water conservation, energy efficiency, and waste reduction programs.
