Job Overview
The Digital Inclusion Program Manager will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives that increase access to digital services for low‑income and rural communities in Nigeria. Reporting to the Senior Program Director, the manager will coordinate with government ministries, telecom operators, fintech startups, and non‑governmental organizations to develop scalable solutions that improve connectivity, digital literacy, and financial inclusion. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital inclusion strategy that targets underserved populations in urban and rural areas.

- Manage end‑to‑end project cycles, including planning, budgeting, procurement, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.

Education

Experience
At least five years of professional experience in designing and managing digital inclusion or financial inclusion programs, preferably within the African context.
