Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end analytics lifecycle, from data extraction and cleansing to model deployment and monitoring.
• Develop predictive models, customer segmentation, and risk scoring algorithms that support product development, fraud detection, and credit underwriting.
• Partner with business units to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate them into actionable dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Mentor and supervise a team of data analysts and junior data scientists, fostering a culture of best practices in data governance and reproducibility.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security policies while handling sensitive financial data.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education
