Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate emerging fintech trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to inform product strategy.
  • Lead cross‑functional innovation workshops to generate, prototype, and test new product concepts.
  • Develop business cases, market analyses, and financial models for proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure rapid, high‑quality delivery of MVPs.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor product performance post‑launch.
  • Engage with external partners, startups, and industry bodies to foster strategic collaborations.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation, data‑driven decision making, and continuous improvement.

Education

Candidates must have a minimum of five years of experience in fintech product development, innovation management, or a comparable role. Experience leading cross‑functional teams and delivering successful fintech solutions to market is essential.

Salary
