Job Overview
The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of Coca-Cola Nigeria’s CSR strategy. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR roadmap aligned with Coca‑Cola’s global sustainability framework and local community needs.
- Identify, prioritize, and manage strategic partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, and private sector stakeholders.
- Lead the planning and delivery of flagship programs in education, water stewardship, health & wellness, and women’s economic empowerment.
- Monitor, measure, and report on program outcomes using robust impact assessment tools, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Integrate CSR initiatives with marketing and brand activation strategies to amplify reach and reinforce brand equity.
- Prepare annual CSR budgets, track expenditures, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Advise senior leadership on emerging CSR trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in sustainability.
- Represent Coca‑Cola Nigeria at industry forums, conferences, and community events to showcase the company’s commitment to social responsibility.

Education

Experience
Applicants should possess a minimum of five to seven years of progressive experience in corporate social responsibility, sustainability, or community development roles, preferably within the FMCG or beverage sector. Demonstrated success in leading large‑scale social impact projects and managing multi‑million‑naira budgets is essential. Experience working with international NGOs, government agencies, and multinational corporations will be viewed favorably.
Salary
