  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key account clients and internal stakeholders regarding Jumia Advertising Solutions (JAS)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, partners, and internal Key Account Managers
  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase recurring advertising business and client retention

Advertising Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns from planning through execution
  • Lead end-to-end campaign ownership in partnership with the Ad Operations Team
  • Coordinate campaign strategy, creative planning, and media execution

Campaign Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize advertising KPIs including:
    • CPM (Cost Per Mille)
    • CPC (Cost Per Click)
    • CTR (Click Through Rate)
    • ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
  • Analyze campaign data and generate performance insights
  • Prepare strategic recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and customer satisfaction
  • Use web analytics tools to analyze traffic, demographics, audience behavior, and performance metrics

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Build strong agency partnerships to increase advertising spend and revenue growth
