Key Job Responsibilities (JD)
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Client Relationship & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key account clients and internal stakeholders regarding Jumia Advertising Solutions (JAS)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, partners, and internal Key Account Managers
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase recurring advertising business and client retention
Advertising Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns from planning through execution
- Lead end-to-end campaign ownership in partnership with the Ad Operations Team
- Coordinate campaign strategy, creative planning, and media execution
Campaign Performance & Analytics
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize advertising KPIs including:
- CPM (Cost Per Mille)
- CPC (Cost Per Click)
- CTR (Click Through Rate)
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- Analyze campaign data and generate performance insights
- Prepare strategic recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and customer satisfaction
- Use web analytics tools to analyze traffic, demographics, audience behavior, and performance metrics
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Build strong agency partnerships to increase advertising spend and revenue growth
