We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Engineer (Oil & Gas Equipment & Solutions)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do

  • Own technical qualification, solution matching, and commercial conversion for assigned products and territories.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless post-sale delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with engineering, procurement, and decision-makers across the oil & gas value chain.
  • Drive strategic tenders, technical proposals, and vendor prequalification processes.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline that delivers sustainable revenue growth.
  • Lead product demonstrations, site trials, FAT coordination, and customer training.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical, Process, or related)
  • Proven track record of winning tenders and closing high-value B2B equipment deals
  • Strong commercial acumen, technical presentation skills, and negotiation capability
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical sales or field applications within oil & gas or heavy industry

Salary
N400,000 – N600,000 monthly.
