Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Environmental Conservation Specialist to join our team in Iseyin, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing conservation and sustainability projects in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental science, conservation, and sustainability, as well as experience working with local communities and governments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing conservation and sustainability projects in the region
- Working with local communities and governments to develop and implement sustainable solutions to environmental challenges
- Conducting research and analysis to inform conservation and sustainability decisions
- Developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation plans to track the impact of conservation and sustainability projects
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement conservation and sustainability projects in the region
- Work with local communities and governments to develop and implement sustainable solutions to environmental challenges
- Conduct research and analysis to inform conservation and sustainability decisions
- Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation plans to track the impact of conservation and sustainability projects
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Environmental Science or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in environmental conservation and sustainability
- Strong background in research and analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education
The successful candidate will have a Master’s degree in Environmental Science or a related field.
Experience
The successful candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in environmental conservation and sustainability.
Salary
The salary for this position is N500,000 – N700,000 per annum.
