Job Overview
The Institutional Research Analyst will play a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, and reporting data that informs strategic decisions across the university. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data collection tools and databases for institutional research.
- Analyze enrollment, retention, graduation, and employment data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations for senior management, faculty committees, and external stakeholders.
- Support accreditation and program review processes by providing evidence‑based documentation.
- Collaborate with IT and finance departments to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and research funding applications with relevant data and impact metrics.
- Conduct benchmarking studies against peer institutions locally and internationally.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on data collection methodologies and reporting tools.
