Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for manufacturing, engineering, and corporate roles.
- Collaborate with department heads to define job specifications, competency frameworks, and hiring timelines.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Implement employer branding campaigns to position Samsung as an employer of choice in Nigeria.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and analytics to monitor recruitment KPIs and improve process efficiency.
- Build and maintain talent pools through campus recruitment, industry events, and professional networks.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, diversity policies, and Samsung’s global recruitment standards.
- Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters and coordinators.
