Job Overview

The Bioenergy Project Development Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large‑scale bioenergy projects that convert agricultural residues and waste into clean electricity and biofuels. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end‑to‑end bioenergy project pipelines from concept through commissioning.
• Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies, including resource assessment, technology selection, and cost‑benefit analysis.
• Lead cross‑functional teams comprising engineers, environmental specialists, finance analysts, and legal advisors.
• Secure project financing through internal capital allocation, external investors, and development banks.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian environmental regulations, permitting processes, and international sustainability standards.
• Engage with local communities, government agencies, and industry partners to build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor project performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions to meet schedule and budget targets.

Education

Experience
