Job Overview

The Industrial Automation Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of automation projects for manufacturing clients across Nigeria. This role involves planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects while ensuring alignment with client requirements, Siemens standards, and local regulations. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of industrial automation technologies, including PLC programming, SCADA, HMI, and industrial IoT.
• Proven project management expertise, preferably with PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex technical and logistical challenges.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.

Education
