Job Overview

The Solar Project Development Manager will lead end‑to‑end development of solar power projects from site identification and feasibility studies through to financing, permitting, construction, and commissioning. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential solar project sites across Ogbomoso and surrounding regions, conducting resource assessments and land acquisition negotiations.
• Lead feasibility studies, including technical, financial, and environmental analyses, to determine project viability.
• Develop detailed project proposals, financial models, and investment memoranda for internal approval and external financing.
• Secure permits, licenses, and grid interconnection agreements in compliance with Nigerian regulations.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) partners to ensure design integrity and cost‑effectiveness.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk registers, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
