Job Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Commercial Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our elite investment team in Abuja. Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed discounted cash flow (DCF) modeling and sensitivity analysis for commercial assets.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends in the Nigerian real estate sector.
- Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for the investment committee.
- Collaborate with legal and tax teams to ensure regulatory compliance for all transactions.
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
- Deep understanding of real estate valuation methodologies and market dynamics.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities.

Education
A Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related quantitative field is required. Professional certification such as CFA or RICS is highly advantageous.
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate investment, investment banking, or corporate finance is essential. Proven track record of managing complex financial models and contributing to successful property acquisitions.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from SSP 850,000 to SSP 1,500,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
