Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed discounted cash flow (DCF) modeling and sensitivity analysis for commercial assets.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends in the Nigerian real estate sector.
• Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for the investment committee.
• Collaborate with legal and tax teams to ensure regulatory compliance for all transactions.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
