Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and construction activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project plans.
• Prepare site progress reports and performance documentation.
• Manage labor productivity and workforce allocation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in construction management or project supervision are advantageous.

• Familiarity with HSE regulations and construction safety practices.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in construction supervision, site management, or infrastructure projects.
