Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Representative to deliver exceptional service experiences to customers through phone, email, live chat, and digital communication channels. The successful candidate will resolve inquiries efficiently, maintain accurate records, and contribute to continuous customer satisfaction improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support tools.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, call center operations, client relationship management, or customer success is advantageous.
  • Previous experience within fintech, banking, telecommunications, or e-commerce sectors is preferred.
