Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital transformation strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and high‑quality deliverables.
- Conduct assessments of current operating models, identify gaps, and propose technology‑enabled solutions.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, executive briefings, and change‑management activities.
- Manage client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and risk mitigation for transformation programs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform solution design.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to demonstrate ROI.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior‑level audiences.
- Proficiency in digital technologies such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), AI/ML, IoT, and advanced analytics.
- Project management expertise, preferably with PMP or PRINCE2 certification.

Education

Experience
Candidates should possess a minimum of five to eight years of experience in digital consulting, technology implementation, or related fields. Prior experience leading large‑scale transformation projects for enterprise clients in Nigeria or the broader African market is essential.
Salary
