Job Overview
The Hospital Operations Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operational excellence of Crest Hospitals’ Ondo facility. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the role is responsible for overseeing clinical and non‑clinical functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, optimizing resource utilization, and enhancing patient satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate all hospital departments, including nursing, diagnostics, pharmacy, and support services, to achieve operational targets.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with Nigerian health regulations and international best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as patient flow, bed occupancy, average length of stay, and financial metrics, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Manage the annual operating budget, control costs, and identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in quality improvement projects, patient safety initiatives, and accreditation preparation.
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate strategic plans for service expansion and technology adoption.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Handle stakeholder communication, including patient grievances, community outreach, and partnership development.

Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, or a related discipline is required. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPHQ, MBA in Healthcare) are highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
Experience
Applicants must possess at least ten (10) years of progressive experience in hospital operations, with a minimum of five (5) years in a senior managerial role overseeing multidisciplinary teams in a tertiary or private hospital setting.
Salary
