Job Purpose

The HR Manager will serve as the operational engine of the HR department, leading and improving day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle management, compliance processes, workforce administration, onboarding, immigration support, and HR systems management.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage the complete 360-degree HR lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Oversee HR inboxes, employee requests, and day-to-day HR administration.
  • Ensure smooth execution of HR operations across offices and teams.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and organizational documentation.

HR Systems & Data Management

  • Act as the owner of HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Generate HR reports and workforce analytics to support management decisions.
  • Improve HR databases and digital employee management systems.
  • Monitor employee information and maintain documentation consistency.

Recruitment, Onboarding & Workforce Planning

  • Coordinate onboarding from offer acceptance through successful employee integration.
  • Support recruitment processes and collaborate with hiring managers.
  • Ensure new employees receive a smooth and professional onboarding experience.
  • Strengthen organizational readiness for future growth and expansion.

  • Ensure HR operations remain legally compliant and business-focused.

Education Requirements

Candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, Public Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, CIPD, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
