The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our workforce management software and data structures. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end implementation and maintenance of the HRIS platform to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with IT and HR departments to design and implement new system modules and features.
- Generate complex reports and analytics to support strategic workforce planning and talent management.
- Provide technical support and training to HR staff and employees on system usage.

Education

Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS administration or a similar role within a large-scale corporate environment. Proven experience in system implementation and data migration is essential for success in this position.
