Job Overview
The Investment Banking Analyst will join GTBank’s Investment Banking division in Enugu, supporting senior bankers in executing mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and advisory services. The analyst will conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, market research, and prepare client presentations. Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed financial models, including DCF, LBO, and merger models.
- Perform industry and company-specific research to support transaction ideas.
- Prepare pitch books, information memoranda, and client presentations.
- Assist senior bankers in due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation processes.
- Analyze financial statements, capital structures, and cash flow projections.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
