Job Overview

The Network Optimization Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance, capacity, and reliability of Globacom’s mobile and data networks across the Umuahia region and beyond. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with radio frequency (RF) engineers, core network teams, and field technicians to implement optimization solutions.
• Conduct drive tests, walk‑tests, and remote monitoring to validate network improvements.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
• Support the rollout of new technologies such as 5G, LTE‑Advanced, and IoT connectivity.
• Maintain documentation of optimization activities, configurations, and best practices.
• Participate in network planning meetings and contribute to long‑term capacity forecasting.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
• In‑depth understanding of mobile network architecture, RF principles, and performance metrics.

Education
