Key Responsibilities

• Analyze drive‑test and performance data to identify bottlenecks and coverage gaps.
• Develop and implement radio parameter optimization plans to improve throughput and latency.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports for senior management.

Education
