Job Overview
INTERSOS is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide quality nursing care, treatment, and patient follow-up according to medical prescriptions, organizational healthcare protocols, and universal infection prevention standards.

Key Responsibilities

Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) Support
- Identify Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) survivors.
- Refer victims for urgent medical support and psychosocial care.
- Ensure correct understanding and appropriate use of Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) kits.
- Maintain dignity, confidentiality, and ethical care standards for vulnerable patients.
Health Education & Community Awareness
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication use, hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention.

- Encourage patient compliance with treatment protocols.
Administrative & Medical Documentation
- Maintain patient files, medical registers, statistics, and healthcare records.

- Ensure administrative procedures are completed accurately.
Pharmacy & Medical Equipment Support
- Assist in management of medical stock and healthcare supplies.

- Conduct basic cleaning and minor maintenance of biomedical equipment.
Team Supervision & Capacity Building
- Supervise nurse aides, cleaners, nutritional assistants, and support staff.

Required Qualifications
Education
