Job Overview

The Reservoir Engineering Specialist will play a pivotal role in optimizing hydrocarbon recovery, conducting reservoir simulations, and providing technical guidance to field teams. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dynamic reservoir simulation models for multiple fields.
• Perform material balance, decline curve analysis, and forecasting to support production planning.
• Collaborate with geoscience teams to integrate seismic and petrophysical data into reservoir studies.
• Provide technical recommendations for well placement, enhanced oil recovery (EOR) techniques, and field development plans.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Participate in field visits to validate model assumptions and gather real‑time data.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives within the department.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in reservoir simulation software such as Eclipse, CMG, or Petrel.

Education
