Job Overview

The Senior Real Estate Asset Manager will lead the strategic management of a diversified portfolio of high‑value assets, ensuring optimal performance, risk mitigation, and value creation. Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, you will oversee asset acquisition, disposition, leasing, and operational optimisation across commercial and mixed‑use properties in Lagos and surrounding regions. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute asset management plans that align with investment objectives and market dynamics.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including cash flow forecasting, valuation, and performance benchmarking.
  • Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and tenant relationship management to maximise occupancy and rental income.
  • Coordinate with property operations teams to ensure maintenance, capital improvements, and sustainability initiatives are delivered on schedule and budget.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare detailed quarterly and annual reports for investors, senior management, and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify acquisition and disposition opportunities, performing due diligence and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise portfolio diversification and risk exposure.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.

Education
