Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to shipments, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs declarations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock availability.
  • Track shipments and provide regular updates on delivery status to customers and stakeholders.
  • Resolve issues related to shipping delays, damages, or discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
