Job Overview
This role is ideal for a technically driven professional passionate about optimizing telecommunications networks. The Network Optimization Engineer will design, implement, and maintain network solutions to ensure maximum performance and reliability. This position plays a critical role in supporting Spectranet’s mission to provide seamless digital experiences nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze network performance data to identify optimization opportunities
- Design and implement network upgrades to improve speed and coverage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Monitor network traffic and resolve technical issues proactively
- Prepare technical reports and present findings to stakeholders
Required Skills
- Expertise in network optimization tools and protocols
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with 4G/5G network architecture
- Proficiency in Python or MATLAB for data analysis
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Education
- B.Sc in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
- Postgraduate qualification in Network Engineering (advantageous)
Experience
- 3-5 years in telecommunications network optimization
- Proven track record in network design and implementation
Salary
350,000 – 500,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and performance.
