Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sustainable Aquaculture Project Manager to join our team in Katsina, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing aquaculture projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sustainable aquaculture projects that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders
  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address project risks and opportunities
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in managing aquaculture projects from conception to completion
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture or related field

Experience

8-12 years of experience in aquaculture project management, preferably in a similar role

Salary

800,000 – 1,200,000 SSP per annum
