Job Overview
The Civil Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex civil engineering projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance technical engineering requirements with rigorous budgetary and timeline constraints. You will lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, contractors, and site supervisors to ensure that every milestone is met with precision. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale civil infrastructure projects from inception through to completion, ensuring adherence to technical specifications.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules, resource allocation plans, and detailed budgetary forecasts.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and government regulatory bodies to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor site progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the project plan.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to prevent project delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure all site activities comply with international health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.

Education

Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in a project management capacity within the construction industry.
