Job Overview
The Mining Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our extraction sites, ensuring that production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory frameworks. Key Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate all daily mining activities, including drilling, blasting, loading, and hauling operations.

- Oversee the maintenance and availability of heavy-duty mining equipment and mobile fleets.
- Ensure strict adherence to Nigerian mining laws and international occupational health and safety standards.
- Manage site budgets, procurement of consumables, and operational expenditure to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and train a multidisciplinary team of engineers, geologists, and technicians.
- Monitor production data and prepare detailed reports for senior management regarding output and efficiency.

Education
Candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a closely related field from a recognized institution. Experience
A minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in large-scale mining operations is required.
