Job Overview
The Hospitality Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our Abuja facility. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all hotel departments to ensure compliance with international luxury standards.

- Implement rigorous quality control protocols to ensure facility maintenance and hygiene standards are met.

Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certifications in hospitality management or hotel operations are highly preferred.
Experience
Candidates must possess at least 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in hotel operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment. Proven track record of managing large teams and achieving operational KPIs is essential.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position is competitive and ranges from SSP 850,000 to SSP 1,200,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and expertise.
