Job Overview
The Corporate Banking Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding GTBank’s portfolio of corporate clients in Enugu and surrounding areas. This role involves developing deep relationships with key decision‑makers, understanding client business models, and providing tailored financial solutions that drive growth for both the client and the bank. The manager will collaborate closely with product specialists, credit analysts, and risk officers to structure complex financing packages, including term loans, working capital facilities, trade finance, and cash management services. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering long‑term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and retain high‑value corporate clients across diverse industries such as manufacturing, energy, and agribusiness.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and credit assessments to determine client eligibility and risk profile.
- Structure and negotiate complex loan facilities, trade finance solutions, and treasury products.
- Collaborate with internal product teams to customize banking solutions that meet client objectives.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to monitor performance, address concerns, and propose additional services.
- Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and credit memos for senior management approval.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets set by the Corporate Banking division.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to provide strategic insights.

Applicants must have at least five years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or credit analysis, preferably within the Nigerian market. Experience handling large‑scale financing transactions and a solid network of corporate contacts will be highly valued.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from SSP 3,000,000 to SSP 5,000,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and performance. The package includes a performance‑based bonus structure and other incentives.
