Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Operations Manager to lead our Security Operations Center (SOC) in Abuja. This critical role involves overseeing the detection, investigation, and response to sophisticated cyber threats that target our regional infrastructure. The successful candidate will manage a team of security analysts, ensuring that all security protocols are strictly followed and that our defensive posture remains proactive rather than reactive. Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related engineering field is mandatory. Post-graduate qualifications or specialized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly preferred and will be considered an advantage during the selection process.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
