We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Geospatial Analyst to join our team in Lokoja, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting geospatial data to support our mining operations.
Job Overview
The Digital Geospatial Analyst will be responsible for:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in geospatial science, computer science, or a related field. They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret geospatial data to support mining operations
- Develop and maintain geospatial models and algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geospatial data into mining operations
- Provide geospatial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
Required Skills
- Strong background in geospatial science, computer science, or a related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with geospatial software and tools, such as ArcGIS and QGIS
- Experience with programming languages, such as Python and R
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Science, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience
