Job Overview

The E‑commerce Platform Operations Manager will lead the end‑to‑end operational excellence of Jumia’s online marketplace platform. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will oversee order fulfillment, inventory synchronization, vendor onboarding, and customer experience initiatives. Key Responsibilities
