Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated asset management plan covering all infrastructure assets under the company’s jurisdiction in the northern region.
  • Lead condition assessments, risk analyses, and performance monitoring to prioritize maintenance and renewal activities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations teams to align asset strategies with project budgets and timelines.
  • Implement data‑driven decision‑making tools, including GIS, BIM, and asset management software, to enhance visibility and reporting.
