Job Overview
The Agricultural Supply Chain Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing the end‑to‑end supply chain for Olam Nigeria’s cocoa, cashew, and sesame portfolios. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the analyst will leverage data analytics, market intelligence, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance forecasting accuracy, reduce lead times, and improve cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities

- Monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivery schedules.
- Prepare weekly and monthly supply chain performance dashboards for senior management.
- Support the development of risk mitigation strategies for weather‑related disruptions and market volatility.
- Coordinate with the finance department to track cost drivers and recommend cost‑saving initiatives.
- Engage with farmer cooperatives to gather field insights and promote best practices in post‑harvest handling.

Education
