Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Geospatial Analyst to join our team in Lokoja, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting geospatial data to support our business operations and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geospatial science, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience working with geospatial software and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret geospatial data to support business operations and decision-making processes
- Develop and maintain geospatial databases and data models
- Design and implement geospatial solutions using GIS software and tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geospatial data into business processes
- Provide geospatial training and support to colleagues and stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Strong background in geospatial science and technology
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with geospatial software and tools (e.g. ArcGIS, QGIS, etc.)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Science or related field
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in geospatial analysis and mapping
Salary: N 800,000 – N 1,200,000 per annum
