Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Geospatial Analyst to join our team in Port Harcourt. As a Digital Geospatial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our mining operations by analyzing and interpreting geospatial data to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret geospatial data to inform business decisions
- Develop and implement geospatial solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Work closely with our geospatial team to develop and implement geospatial solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities
- Develop and maintain geospatial databases and systems
- Provide training and support to colleagues on geospatial technology and applications
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Geospatial Technology or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in geospatial technology and mining
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in geospatial software and tools, including ArcGIS and QGIS
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, including Tableau and Power BI
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Technology or related field
