Job Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales growth for P&G’s portfolio of products in the Nigerian market. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including brand managers, creative agencies, and analytics specialists, to ensure that every digital touchpoint aligns with the brand’s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content, including video, graphics, and copy, optimized for each digital platform.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, generate insights, and optimize spend to maximize ROI.
- Lead SEO and SEM initiatives to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to brand websites and e‑commerce portals.
- Oversee social media community management, ensuring timely and brand‑consistent interactions with consumers.
- Coordinate with e‑commerce partners to enhance product listings, promotions, and conversion funnels.
- Maintain a digital marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all assets and milestones.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital trends, technologies, and best practices to keep P&G at the forefront of innovation.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok for Business).
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, both written and visual.
- Experience managing budgets of at least NGN 5 million and delivering measurable results.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
- Knowledge of FMCG market dynamics in Nigeria and consumer behavior patterns.
- Creative problem‑solving skills and a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline is required. Advanced certifications in Digital Marketing, such as Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint, or similar, are highly desirable.
Experience

Salary
